Our Mission

The Mission of the Youth Service Bureau is to provide Advocacy, Counseling, Education and Intervention for at-risk youth and their families, helping them reach their full potential. Our programs have served St. Tammany and Washington Parishes since 1981.

The Youth Service Bureau (YSB) Endowment is an investment in the future of St. Tammany and Washington Parish communities. provides case management for a young student at risk of academic failure.

$50 per month...

provides background screening for CASA Volunteers for 24 children who have been removed from their homes due to abuse or neglect.

$100 per month...

supports substance abuse counseling for a youth & their family for a year.

A donation of $500...

provides 6 weeks of group counseling by a certified Anger Management Facilitator for up to 15 youth.

A donation of $1,000...

means that a sibling group of up to 5 children has the powerful voice of a trained and supervised CASA Volunteer for 6 months.
